We here at Buy and Sell Kings strive for customer satisfaction. We try to make your online shopping
experience memorable, easy and straight forward as possible.

ALL PURCHASED ITEMS ARE PICK UP ONLY

For USED ITEMS we will test your item thoroughly and make sure
you are a 100% satisfied before picking up your item. At point of the PICKUP you can choose to either
accept the item as it is or accept a full refund on site.
For BRAND NEW ITEMS we can offer store credit or exchange ONLY, on defective merchandise at the
manager’s discretion. You will have to return the product within (15 calendar days) from your initial pick-up date.

The product must be in the same condition you received it in and undamaged for a return to be processed. There is a

$10 processing fee for cancelled orders and there is a 20% re-stocking fee for brand new items that cannot
be re-sold as brand new anymore.
